Though NOT required by federal law, many service dog handlers choose to place indentifying markers on their dog. These marks may be in the form of a special harness, vest/cape, tags, leash wrap, bandana, backpack and the occasional t-shirt. Examples of each these may be found below. Remember, these items are not required by federal law, it is all up to the handler. Harness:
